INGREDIENTS (3 servings)
Dried Cherries – 1 + 1/2 Packages (30 gr / 1.05 oz)
Coconut Yoghurt - ¾ Cup + 1/8 Cup (200 gr / 7.05 oz)
Agave Syrup – 2 Tbsp + 1/2 Tbsp (35 gr / 1.23 oz)
Flaked Coconut - 1/4 Cup (3.38 oz)
- Get your popsicle mold and the sticks ready.
- Place 4-5 cherries in each mold.
- Mix coconut yoghurt, agave syrup and flaked coconuts together.
- Pour the mixture in to the molds.
- Place remaining cherries on top of the mixture equally.
- Freeze the mold at least 4-5 hours.
